    Hello, I have the same problem on my I-on 40H-EU that is currently on V5.02.04 . Every time i insert a Micro SD i get the "SD Card Error 2" message. I already tried with a 64Gb card and a 2Gb card. Both cards were formatted to every format that was possible for me : NTFS / FAT / FAT32 & exFAT. Nothing seems to help. I would like to update to the latest firmware V7.06.02 that i downloaded from the myscantronic page. An update by level 4 as explained (https://www.eaton.com/gb/en-gb/company/news-insights/myscantronic-knowledge-centre/software-upgrade.html) is not possible for me, because this is only available from version V5.02.19 . Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
