    Hi, Need some help. Had a working alarm for may years with no issues. Added a new PIR to a new bedroom (zone 9) and garage (zone 10) but keypad kept coming up with "Call engineer to reset system" and "zone 9 tamper". No issues with zone 10. Tried entering user code and pressing the reset button but this did nothing. Even tried with engineer/master code but still nothing. I've defaulted the panel and it still says system alerts and the date, zone 1 tamper, zone 2 tamper, call alarm com for service. Bit stumped on what to do next, as you you can probably tell in not a pro. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
