  1. So supervision faults pop up here and there like the bell and the farthest away pir but then clear again, I changed the timer to 250 and reset but still not staying clear, the current is 0.0A, see picture attached for details
  2. Here's what the panel sees, I still need to find the time to get out and check the supply myself again after the new spur has been installed
  3. What's the max time I can set for the AC Delay?
  4. 1, goes from a spur to a built in step down/PSU to 13-15v, checked voltage on it and gives out correct voltage
  5. I replace the full unit, not just the front, so full new system and PSU
  6. Yes just an enforcer, I did say this to the client but his "electrician" said it's fine can't find a mains fault delay on these panels at all, if there was a way of turning off the fault monitoring I would but going to guess unless soldering is required I'm gubbed.
  7. Yeah he said he got an electrician out to fit a direct new spur next to panel and same issue, told me he put his meter on it at the spur and it read 240v but thought he'd have at least done more tests whilst he was there. No log for old one no, just this one but it's about the same frequency so keeps dropping off and restoring, thought maybe a dodgy spark had tapped off of a light switch and when the switch was flicked it was dropping power to the panel then turning it on again restored power but the new spur disproves that.
  8. Shows this, at the time I was away the client said that the panel showed mains absent but wasn't on the log until later when he turned the spur off to test, but it's not there at all
  9. Hi, I don't tend to ask for help on anything fire/security but find myself stuck, I have a pyronix Enforcer panel and it keeps getting a mains absent fault with the first warning light on top of the panel. Then it has shown a control panel - mains fail fault with the 4th light on at the top, I have replaced the panel but still same issue, client got a spark out to run a new cable from the board next to the panel and put in a new spur, checked voltage and power to system, I also checked voltages when there and no drop, 240v at mains/spur side and 13-15v at Stepdown for panel side, anybody ever had this issue? Need this sorted ASAP and it's doing my head in now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
  10. Could the door sensor be faulty? Is it new, if not, do you know if it worked before? Had issues with these before where no matter what battery I put in it didn't work so I ordered a new one and it worked.
  11. Hi, don't I need to post at least 5 posts to apply, I guess this is my 5th post now I suppose.
  12. Hi, I'm an Alarm Engineer of 7 years, I install and commission Intruder, CCTV, Door Access and Fire Alarms, I joined to ask a question on a Honeywell galaxy panel I was working on but figured it out shortly after, but I've seen quite a few informative things on here so I'm glad I joined, hopefully learn a few things on here too, there's always something new to learn so looking forward to that, I hope to answer other people questions as best I can as well.
  13. Here is the wiring diagram for the expander, seems that z29/30 are for the tamper and shows how to wire it, this also shows where to put the strobe and bell cores, power is self explanatory.
  14. Hi, to answer your question, yes you can double them up if you don't have enough relays to do all the doors, as long as your doors are all the same, i.e C/NC or C/NO, all its looking for is a fire signal, so if they are doubled up and the fire alarm goes off it will drop the doors, it is always better to have separate interfaces for each set of doors though but if you can't achieve that then this is the next best thing.
