Have now got Batt missing reset required.

Not sure when I removed the old keypad i might have nicked the 12v wire when cutting through the paint stuck to key pad. If so would that give low battery warning.

Recently changed my keypad for an updated version to fit 9651 Scantronic. After installing it which was fitted whilst in installer mode, it has come up with low battery. I since replaced the battery for new bearing in mind the original was a year old. Did the half reset on the panel now can use the code but still showing low battery and cant use the factory reset number as it says wrong code. Do i need to ask an engineer to come out and do a reset.
