    Many thanks for the prompt reply, we are upgrading the system but cant do it until the new year due to ongoing work commitments and so just trying to get a working system for the chap.

    Morning all, I am doing a takeover on an old Abacus 15R intruder panel, does anybody have an install/user manual for one please? I need to retrieve the master user and engineer code and I believe from memory there is way to do this without crashing the whole panel? Thanks in advance.
