Many thanks for the prompt reply, we are upgrading the system but cant do it until the new year due to ongoing work commitments and so just trying to get a working system for the chap.

Started as a YTS back in 1984 with Ameco Security who after that time was subsequently laid off, joined the RAF for 3 years and then started with Modern Alarms in 1988 which was the best company I ever worked for until they were taken over. Now co-own a business with a fantastic team of people.

Morning all, I am doing a takeover on an old Abacus 15R intruder panel, does anybody have an install/user manual for one please? I need to retrieve the master user and engineer code and I believe from memory there is way to do this without crashing the whole panel? Thanks in advance.
