    Thanks Norman, the battery was changed recently I believe. Could a faulty battery in the bell box cause it and The ‘chirping’ ?

    My neighbour has an Accenta 8 mini and it occasionally trips the main power breaker. But it also doesn’t appear to be charging the internal battery. Another issue is that when it trips, the external sounder sounds like a bird ‘cheeping’ for a few minutes before the sounder kicks in properly. Any ideas because at 05:00 this morning I wasn’t in the mood to investigate too much! Thanks
