I'm not asking for codes I'm asking for an engineer's manual down load

Hi does any one know how to access the engineering mode on the pyronix conqueror panel ? I need to get zone two changed to access on entry but I can't find the info on any down loads for the panel only user down loads many thanks in advance for any advice
