  1. Looks like a Ganz PTZ unit from roughly 2011
  2. Thanks Peter, I am actively looking for a decent 3rd party provider who will be proactive in their approach. In the past, I have had good and bad experiences with remote monitoring but the tendency seems to be that all of them can change over time.
  3. They are expensive and for example, 100Gb of data would cost £245.00 per month on a 24 month contract with a router price of £340. Over usage would cost 0.014 pence per Mb. In the case of our requirement, the unit forms part of a busines critical installation and the client is prepared to meet the cost. How far apart are the two sites?
  4. Can any members please post their experiences with 3rd party remote monitoring companies? In particular, does anyone have experience of QVIS monitoring?
  5. I would suggest you speak to Comms365 in Milton Keynes. I recently got details from them for 4G routers with a static IP
