Ok but I want to keep my Pyronix...I love it I sent an Email to Pyronix support and they said that my enforcer must be compatible with remote command.

Ok, so, if I well understand, my panel is not compatible with remote control even if software version is more than to 9.2, right ? Quantum70 is another panel right ?

My main concern is that I cannot find one same answer. I explain what I mean, If i check on pyronix website, I can see that DIGI-GSM module support remotely control BUT as we can see through this topic in real life it is not true. I sent a mail to a reseller and he certified to me that remote control is only support by Homecontrol+ APP. So, I am lost ! And I have not told of my another problem : I will use DIGI-GSM with French network telecommunication.

Hello, I am trying to activate phone call in Pyronix Enforcer 32-WE. I have tried putting my phone number instead of ARC, my phone is ringing well when alarm is triggered but nothing happens when I take the call(no message).I read that ARC messages are DTMF tone, so, How can I have notification on my mobile phone when alarm triggering ? Another one question, Can I call to Enforcer from a phone to activate my alarm or deactive it remotely ? Thanks.
