Well happy with myself at doing my first ever galaxy g3 system. Its a total different ball game than doing it on a board in college plus that was a flex. Thought i had dropped a bollock with the engineer code, insufficiant access rights

Quick update i left before the other engineer and hes left it in engineer mode over the sabbath. Not handed system over yet, thats that mystery solved lol

Orderd myself a G2 to have a play about with. Thinkng about getting an ip module aswell and setting that up. Can you get an app for it ?. When i worked at the arc one of the installers used to ring us to set his alarm on his house this was using software called galaxy gold just basically keypad on a screen, do they still do this ?

I programmed - S FRI ON 20.:00 - SAT OFF 08:00 Didn't have a Close signal to arc so assuming it hasn't set. Set output was reflexed so this should follow any set even without code will check log on monday

Does Group A1 have to be selected for it to set the system do you know ?. I have not set up groups on the system though but thought this might have to be put into the system for it to SET, Just assuming group A1 is everything on the Panel Circuits ?

yeah i put times in the autoset for tonight so hopefully should go to plan got set output set as a reflex so should send close hopefully. can than ceck at arc see if its worked ok

Just a quick one option 65 if you plan on using autoset feature do you have to programme the times into submenu 1 timer A. Or can I just put the date & time direct into submenu 3 Autoset ? Many Thanks

Yeah if its weathered no probs replacing but no point changing it for a bit of dirt quick wipe sort it out.

Does anyone else actually clean there EWDs ? Only takes a minute if you got the ladder out it always looks better when clean well unless its weathered badly. Plus its your firms advertisement as well, the smarter you make the company look possibly get more work. another pet hate is seeing a nice new bell box with 3 old ones on same house, just think what a lazy sod so potential customers can see this probably think the same too. Plus why advertise the competition. Or am i just a bit OCD lol
