[Factory And Soft Reset On Galaxy 48]

Please could someone help on how to do a factory reset and a code reset on a galaxy 48??

I have a site with an acet c319/87 amplifier fitted.(5 wire intercom).I have got a new amp bit its a tonna ampli micro HP..part number 672300 and has 7 terminals..could anyone please help me with the connections??
