  1. I've got to say I've been using Gardtec equipment for the 10 years I've been fitting alarms, when working for my old company 3.5 years we had far more Gardtecs than Galaxy's however the Galaxy's gave us far more problems that any Gardtec ever did and especially the wireless!
  2. I haven't read through all the posts but I use Risco all the time for domestic it's great kit!! I haven't used a Eurosec for years and my reason for that is I think its rubbish and not worth using. As far as the detectors go as a company I change the batteries in all the detectors when I do the annual maintenance again I cant comment for the Eurosec as It's been so long since I've worked on one however when I change batteries on the Gardtec you have to unlearn and relearn the detectors.
  3. Yes I had assumed they would do that but they need to know exactly who has set and unset. there isnt a dedicated phone line either.
  4. Good Afternoon chaps I have a client that wants to consult the log to track staff setting and unsetting, he wants to have a print off or E-mail of the log every three months. I am after Galaxy upload download software that will work for the G2-44. As I only have 2 Galaxy panels installed at the moment I can't warrant spending the money for the new software, can anybody help. I'm happy to spend a reasonable amount of money, also I'd like to know if there is any ongoing subscription for the software. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Matt
