Hi all Got a customer who has had IT messing with his DVR and now the password has evaded everyone !!! I need to crash the Alien DVR to default the password. content on the DVR isn't needed or vital. as this could be information which shouldn't get into the wrong hands I can be contacted via email if it can't be posted on here , .
