In reference to your enquiry I have just found a installtion and instruction manual for the ATC 7 (although it has ATC 4 on the cover, I still have the unit, ATC 7). Have saved a pdf file. See attachment. Hope its not too late.

The file is perfectly fine, I just accessed it via the post.

Probably something wrong with the installation of Acrobat reader on your PC. :(
