Though I was wondering if the keypads being assigned to the 'wrong' partitions could be a factor. This is a real pig of a panel (though not the worst) when you can't use downloader TBH. Lets face it, the series (Common Platform Menvier / ENx) were a commercial disaster full stop. Which is odd considering what they spawned I suppose.
