Guest rjbsec
Pages 20/21 of the installation manual give you an illustration of two wiring options - what aspect of the wiring do you not understand? Guest letterick
Are you wiring fsl or standard? I want to wire them standard not using resistors.I opened the pir up expecting to see two connections for the tamper circuit and two for the movement circuit but also have 12v + -. Not sure where to connect to im guessing they power the unit but not messing until i know. Thanks again Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/9614-scantronic-9651/#findComment-89595 Share on other sites

antinode
Hi that was my guess i have a 12 AUX but i dont have a 12 volt negative on the control board.I have 0 v two of these connection points? You have two terminals for 12V AUX, and underneath those are two terminals marked "0V", these are your positive and negative terminals respectively. It does'nt matter which of the two you use, aslong as you connect positive in the PIR to one of the 12V AUX terminals, and the negative in the PIR to one of the 0V terminals. Any powered detector on your system will need to be connected to these terminals.
