Please could you help me with my Accenta 8 Mini. I had a power cut and the key pad all jammed, so I replaced the battery, powered down and powered back up. All sirens sounded and I turned them off. The problem is that now the key pad has full power but the tamper light is on. The pad is jammed so I can't press reset or enter the code (which I could do after I had repowered).

have you made sure that the panel lid tamper switch is closed and you haven't disturbed any of the global tamper wiring?

Thanks Andrew. Can't believe it was so obvious. I'd took the cover off to change the battery and didn't realise there was a tamper switch on there.
