I had a power cut and the key pad all jammed, so I replaced the battery, powered down and powered back up. All sirens sounded and I turned them off. The problem is that now the key pad has full power but the tamper light is on. The pad is jammed so I can't press reset or enter the code (which I could do after I had repowered). Thanks.
