Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anybody here is using Napco Gemini control panels? A new customer has ask us to maintain a number of his stores, problem is they all have these panels installed. We have no experience of them and I'm wondering if anyone here has engineer manuals or experience to pass on to me. I did try the Napco website and registered with them but it will take about a week before I can log on with them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I did apply for trade membership here but I didn't receive any feed back for the administrator.

Which Gemini's?

I've worked on them. I'm not a fan, they're a PITA to program, and unless the engineer's (dealer) code is known, they're a nice paperweight.

Found them to not be as durable or user friendly as other equipment on the market.
