HAS ANYONE MANAGED TO GET A GV600 PCI DVR CARD AND A GV NET IO CARD WORKING TOGETHER?. THE ALARM INPUTS ARE OK AND TESTED BUT THE RS485 WILL NOT CONTROL THE DOME CAMERA CONNECTED TO IT. I'VE GOT A SEPARATE PTZ CONTROLLER TO RUN THE DOME AT THE MOMENT THEREFOR I KNOW THE DOME WORKS. (AND THE SOFTWARE IS OK COZ THE ALARM INPUTS ARE WORKING ON THE GV NET IO CARD),AND I'VE ACTIVATED THE DOME WITHIN THE SOFTWARE, AND I'VE ALSO BEEN ABLE TO CONTROL THE DOME WITH A GV NET CARD (WHICH IS ANOTHER UNIT I HAVE) BUT IT WILL NOT WORK AS A COMBO OR AS TWO SEPARATE ITEMS.

COM PORTS ARE NOT AN ISSUE AS THE UNIT DEFAULTS TO COM 1 ANYWAY

i have made several inquiries (even at their booth @ ifsec2005) but not a single answer. i have tried to call them without no one answering the phone.. --> try to find an other supplier..

ofcourse it is cheap, but when you need any answers and reliable product/support for it i recommend you to head towards march networks.. ( www.marchnetworks.com )

the dome is set for pelco d although it has multi protocol settings
