Hi,

I fitted my first system about 20 years ago - A Hoover system. When I moved I wanted to fit s9omething more professional, but no one would sell one to me - at a sensible price that is, so I fitted an A1. I've got to say that both of these systems were fantastic - no problems at all. My A1 has just started playing up after nearly 11 years unbroken service.

In the interim I've also fitted a Texcom and many car alarms.

I'm planning to bin the A1 (Did I hear a cheer out their) and fit either an ADE Scantronics or Pyronix - any advice would be appreciated.

No it didn't and as far as I believe it's still working (well the outside box hasn't been replaced) 20 years on.
