Hi, i have a eurosec cp8l alarm system. The entry point is set for the front door where there is a time period for you to key in the code. If we enter through the back door the alarm is triggered straight away. Is there a way to add the back enterance to the alarm system?

do you have the engineers code for the system?

if not you need to contact the company who installed the system for you to re-program the zone attributes for you.
