Managed to reset the panel. As sevice engineer explained.

Could'nt suss it first time. Not acepting codes etc.

Bentley are still making their panels and supporting them with full spare parts package. They are based in Oldham and there contact number is 0161-6206992

They also make some of the "handy" modules that other companies sell, and the last time I was in their offices they were developing their own radio shock sensors.
