Turned up to an alarm fault today and found all zones to be tampered, including the bell box.

This particular Karizma panel (the iD) had three cable runs feeding into the data line.

The various PIR's around the property were being powered so I guess I could rule out severed cables.

I down powered the system (mains and battery) for a minute or so and then powered back up (mains only).

11 of the 14 detector zones returned to normal operation including the bell, but I still couldn't recover 3 of the zones.

I find it hard to believe three biscuits have simultaneously died, any ideas???
