October 20, 200322 yr comment_3730 Can anyone help? Alarm has been shut down for over a week - has no battery back-up. Can't reset. Tried:- users code then FULL, then OMIT but alarm continues to bleep then activates - de-activate by pulling fuse. Can anyone help me to reset - have no engineer's code just a user's guide. October 21, 200322 yr comment_3764 Thanks for the suggestion Pete. This is what happened. Put fuse back in to power alarm - all lights came on. After 5 seconds panel bleeped - Entered 1234 PROG - bleeping continued - alarm activated - had to remove fuse again to stop. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. October 21, 200322 yr comment_3766 Sounds as if the panel may be engineer locked. I would recommend calling the company that installed it and getting them to unlock your system and reset it up. They will also check to ensure the system is still working OK, if its been installed a while the battery may require changing.
