Hi

I have a accenta alarm fitted, and after a recent power cut it has stopped working.

I have power to the panel but it is not accepting any commands.

This has happened before and the service man came and took all of 20 seconds to reset. Is there something I can press/reset which will activate the alarm again ?

I have tried cutting the power, but that sounds the alarm !!!

If cutting the power sounds the alarm then your battery is dead, this is also the likely cause to your dead keypad problem.
