I am in the process of adding a PIR and window sensor to a Citadel XR2+ system and am having problems.

The PIR is a Texecom Petwise PIR. Once installed all is OK on walktest but fails to activate the alarm when set. The zone is set as 'security'. LED lights up when in day mode.

The window sensor is an Everspring SA-219 Glassbreak sensor. I have wired this into a zone but will not activate. I have tried setting the zone as 'security', 'PTS' and 'Keyswitch' but none works.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
