Hi guys, I have tried requesting the manual on one of the other forums but have had no replies. I have a SL Compact panel, I have the instructions sent to me for - Engineers section of Optima XM (this also seem sto have pages missing) and - SL8 panel (but only the customers section has been emails to me)

The alarm works fine but when trying to access the engineers menu it tells me to press prog, enter the customer code (say 1234), press prog again, enter 9999 (eng code?) then I should be in. However when I enter the customer code things work ok for customer menu, but unit doesnt agree with any of the other stuff...

All I want to do is tell the unit which sensor is the entry door for the time delay and change the access codes to suit.

Please Please can someone help?
