After a power cut my Optima 2 Plus keypad has recently defaulted to Factory settings. Can anyone tell me how to reset it so I can input my own exit time?

Dawn,

The entry & exit times are only programable via the Engineers menu, for which you would need the Engineers Code and manual.

Also, if your system failed during a power cut, there is more than likely a problem with the battery or charging circuit. - When was it last serviced ?

I would recommend that you contact a local company and get an Engineer to service it and reprogram it at the same time.
