Aritech CD34 installation manual

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have an Aritech CD34 (came with the house including CD 3008 LCD panel and RD 6201 dialler) that I want to maintain myself. Previously it was maintained by a security company so I probably need to put the equipment back to its default settings before being able to configure it. I will not make use of the dialler so I also need to know how to disable it (or let it dial my mobile number).

Can anyone provide the information I need?

Thanks.

Quote of the day: A good friend will bail you out of jail but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying damn we fcuked up!!!

management treat us like mushrooms!! keep us in the dark and feed us bullsiht!!!

The security company is Varel Security. I am not sure about the dialler PCB but I think I can just disconnect it from the main board.

I received some good info from jpaul on the UK Security Panels forum about how to restore the factory settings.

Next thing I will check out all the settings in engineers mode. Hopefully I can configure the dialler in this mode.
