I have a concept alarm system which has lost its settings, as I removed the fuse to the control box. I have been advised the battery needs to be replaced, but also the system needs to be reprogrammed.

I have an engineering guide for the concept 6, is all that needs to be programmed the entry and exit times? the customer code etc?

If there is more to it, can someone recommend anyone in the NW London area?
