Hello, I'm trying to update a couple of keypads on our system but with no luck. Tried to update via level 4 but after the check, the keypad states no updates are available. I also tried using a micro sd card but get a message stating no file found. 
 

Using the sd card, neither of these methods worked. I tried;

 

Uploading the zip file downloaded from MyScantronic intact

Extracting the zip files and leaving them all on the card

Only uploading the two relevant files to the card, the language file and .bin file

 

They are both Key-kpz01 wired models running v5.23
