Risco agility 2 & 3

Featured Replies

Hi all

Been doing alarm servicing for a little over a year now, mostly domestic with the majority of them being risco agility 2 and 3.

Anyway one of our clients has an agility 2 but their keypad is playing up ( constantly draining battery's and also certain numbers are worn )

I'm just wondering if agility 3 keypads are backwards compatible with the 2 ? Basically I don't want to go all the way there just to find out it isn't only to have to hunt down for a  agility 2 keypad .

Any info would be much appreciated

No  they are not backwards compatible    you can only use the same version keypad with the panel version

Let's just say I learned that the hard way
