I need to reset my SL Compact alarm. I am new to alarms and have just moved to a house with one. The previous owner gave me the number but I was not quick enough in keying it in. The alarm went off, the code stopped the alarm but now I need to reset it as the lights on the outside unit are flashing.

I understand that the policy on this site is not to issue alarms but if someone could just let me know how to reset I would be grateful

Either that or type your code in for a second time, then possibly press reset.

One of the above three combinations will generally reset any panel after an alarm.
