We have just taken over a site with a Risco Prosys Panel. I tried the codes i was given then got locked out of the system. Had to power down and power back up to clear the Keypad Disable that was on the Keypad. Does anyone know where i can get a User Manual so i can reset the Time. The Prosys 7 shows a different keypad to what is fitted and wondered is the user Manual for that one the same as all the other Prosys Systems.

On the keypad on the left i have 4 buttons top a pic of a Guard then A,B and the bottom button is another pic of a Guard.

Any help would be appreciated. We can not do this with the Engineers code as we do not have it.
