Hi guys please I need an urgent assistance. Am working on a Minerva Mx4000 fire alarm panel,  the former installer cannot remember the last passcode he used to access the panel and he has changed from the default as the default passcode for both level 2 and 3 no longer gives access. 

Please how do I go about access panel level 2 and 3?  Is it possible to hard reset the panel to erase old configs?  Please any useful info will be appreciated. Am on a hot seat.  Thanks
