He won't know for certain till the morning when the engineer has a look at it.

No Eng, Q plate is more your "cut n shut" job, or self builds.

Insurance engineer today said it was a straightforward repair - I think it is only Class C or D if it is a total write off.

Personally I'd rather have the repair it's less hassle and less time for the van off the road.

And those good guys in the MIB take forever to pay out so no surprises there!
