Guest farrellcom
Help, fitted a sterling 10 panel with an icon keypad. (this is my first alarm fit) Fitted system no problem but the programing section in the manual is a bit unclear. On programing the zones manual says enter engineer code then enter arm mode a,b,c or d then setting for zone 1 appears (although there is no indication on the keypad you are in zone 1) choose setting ie. entry/exit, 24 hour etc but I cant see how to then get to the next zone to choose its setting can anyone help? cos the manual or even the keypad are not very clear at all. FASTCAR
I've never fitted one of these but , looking at the manual , after selecting setting area A B C or D , use the up and down arrows to toggle through the options ( ie. entry/exit ,access, etc.) then press FUNC , this moves you to the next zone , and the next etc.when you reach zone 8 press FUNC and your settings are stored. It doesnt look like the actual zone that you are programming is displayed.
