Hi

Can anyone please help the keypad has 927 printed on it from the above panel but keeps displaying battery missing there is 13.6v charging the batt. All fuses are ok a new batt to the panel has been fitted the system has been powered down (mains and batt) and back up but it still displays battery missing. Do I need to do a cold start or is there any other way to sort this out. Also can this panels engneer code be defaulted by mains batt off etc. any help would be appreciated.
