Guest record
Hi, I have a GardTec 360 currently installed and i am trying to reset the panel back to factory settings because i cannot change the entry/exit time due to no engineer code. I have followed the engineers manual to reset the engineer code back to 1234 but it will not have it. Does anyone have any knowledge of the 360 who could possibly help? Thanks. Guest dale
If you have followed the manual to defual the system and this has not occured this would suggest that the engineer code is locked. You will have to either contact the company who installed the system or send the PCB back to GardTec to default this system....alternatively buy a new control panel! BUSTER
Don't think you can lock in the engineer code on a 360 Gardtec support will tell you how to reset the engineer code Any comments / opinions posted are my opinion only and do not represent those of my employer or Company Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/3350-gardtec-360/#findComment-20967 Share on other sites
Biker C
record, I don't remember too much about the 360 it was superceeded very quickly, have a look on the board to see if it has a link and look in your manual about temporary access to default codes ????.
