Texecom Speech And Text Unit

hi all

looking for some help I have fitted a texecom text and speech dailer and I have had it working correctly

however it's not not working that's to say the unit functions perfectly but it won't dail out or text

I have tested the inputs from the premiere 48 it's connected to and the diagnostic shows it's receiving the inputs

the line is there and tested working

when I go in to a test of text or speech I select the contact to dail or text and press the tick button it just removes the Astrix from the selected contact but won't dail at all

any ideas ime stumped I'll give technical support a call in the morning but there not as on it as they used to be
