When fitting the flush mount texecom premier keypads has anyone had issues with sticky keys.

We have not fitted a lot of the flush mount keypads but do have issues with sticky button, issue is that we have just sold a domestic system with five flush mount keypads and don't need issues with them.

Maybe the design has changed ?

Does the white flush mount look good or not ? does it look cheap ?

I went out to a site the other day, put it in engineers and found the menu scrolling down uncontrollably.
