funster
Hi All, I have a gartec 501, and I have forgotten the engineer code. However I do have a 7yd skip on my drive, and somewhere near the bottom is a box with the codes in it....... to save me having to empty said skip is there any way to reset it? I have tried the default reset but as it did not work I must have started it with a 9. Any ideas or is it new panel time? Thanks in advance. PLEASE NOTE ITS A 580 NOT 501 BUT I CANT EDIT THE TITLE FOR SOME REASON Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/27860-gardtec-501-engineer-code/ Share on other sites

If your code was only 4 digits and you know it starts with a particular number then you only have 1000 differs, not as bad as it sounds once you get into a rythmn! Beyond that site rules prohibit giving out default information. I'd rather do that than empty a skip!
