Have upgraded a DSC to a 1832, having problems getting the zones on the 3 zone expanders working again. Any ideas??

The PC5010 (Power 832) used all six jumpers on each zone expanders to set its address.

Providing you are using v2 zone expanders, the PC1832 only uses Jumpers 1-3 to set the address on each module as follows:

J1 J2 J3

on on on Zones disabled

off on on Zones 09 to 16

on off on Zones 17 to 24

off off on Zones 25 to 32

You would also need to enable the zones on the relevant partitions Part1 (sections 202[zones 1-8] to 205[zones 25-32] and programme the zone types in Sections 001 - 002.
