ADT Alarm Focus 32

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have recently moved into a home that has an //.National Installer.// Focus 32 alarm system, the former owners did not leave the code and right now I can not afford to pay an //.National Installer.// technician to come to my house to help me reset the master code, is there a way to do without the help of an installer, I am en elertconics technician myslef, but I work in a different field, not familiar with alarms, however, I think that I can follow some instructions.

I am not sure that if I remove power (fixed and backup) to the alarm, if it will reset the code back to factory default (1234), does someone know or can help with this.

Thanks,

Ed

you would need to send the chip back to //.National Installer.// and they would then send you a new chip with the codes you require in the new chip,if your in the uk we dont do focus anymore so your best off upgrading as there a no parts anyway.if your in the states you should be ok as they still use focus.

you want find out here how to reset the panel unless your in the trade part of the site but if i was you i would get someone from //.National Installer.// out to sort it. ;)
