is anyone else having problems printing certs off ssaib web site ?

or am i doing sumthing wrong?,

to be honest never used it before off the net ,

but clicking certificates direct,,print certs

,,,,

issue inclusive ,,

filling all fields,,

and then issue cert

but nothing happens?

Have you got Adobe Reader installed on yor p.c.?

The software creates a .pdf file to print out, if you haven't got it you can't print it out or even see it - there's a link to download it on the site.

Also check you haven't got popups blocked as the .pdf displays as a new popup and some popup blockers will stop it being viewed.

What happens if you click on 'Reprint Certificate', do you see the certificate that you just completed?

Can you print it from there? (You need to refill a couple of fields).

If you can't see it as available to reprint it obviously hasn't registered on the system so its a problem after entering the fields. I can't think what it would be so best speak to the office on Monday and see if they can offer any advice, I don't use a mac but I would be surprised if it hasn't been prepared for both windows and mac.
