The software creates a .pdf file to print out, if you haven't got it you can't print it out or even see it - there's a link to download it on the site. Also check you haven't got popups blocked as the .pdf displays as a new popup and some popup blockers will stop it being viewed. Guest RJBsec Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 If you can't see it as available to reprint it obviously hasn't registered on the system so its a problem after entering the fields. I can't think what it would be so best speak to the office on Monday and see if they can offer any advice, I don't use a mac but I would be surprised if it hasn't been prepared for both windows and mac.
