January 19, 200917 yr comment_221320 The LCD display on the keypad was playing up and missing some lines so I was in the process of replacing the LCD (de-soldered it) and had another one temporarily connected but something must have happened as now it just shows 1 row of solid squares. The keys and sounder still works so is just the connection to the LCD or I have knackered the output on the chip for the display. Probably will get a KP from ebay but could do with fixing this one as I need a second keypad anyhow. Anyone repair one before? Circuit diagram? or has anyone got a faulty one kicking about they can spare? January 20, 200917 yr comment_221341 Not something we generally do if it's faulty we get a replacement and have that one sent back as faulty. I've seen the solid squares but that generally meant the display chip had went, or the LCD module you replaced it with the connection isn't 100% Intruder / CCTV / Access Control Technical Support Personal Subscriber to the "K.I.S.S" principle, that's Keep It Simple Stupid, are you?
