I recently had a power cut and ever since the keypad on my Accenta G3 (RKP)

appears to be dead. Power (13Volts) is being supplied to the terminals

and the keypad is illuminated but the power, zone and day LEDs are not

illuminated.Entering the engineering or user code does nothing either .

The alarm system was fuctioning before the recent power cut and has

work fine after others.

A new keypad only costs around 20 quid but I would like to make sure

it really is broken before replacing it.

Any help would be very much appreciated/

I hope it doesnt need a service - I only moved in 4 months ago!

Ive also checkd the battery in isolation - 13Volts.

Ive also checked that power is being suplied to the keypad - it is!

Is it normal for the keys to be illumianted but not the power led ?
