Anyone an opinion/experience on the use of valued partners or agents?to put it in basic terms it's shifting boxes for others to install and maintain.

I know the open protocol equipment manufacturers basically do this but what about the closed variety?It's an idea our crowd are doing and just wondering how it pans out.
